CTi allows the ability to share common ‘contact’ information between PC, software (Act, Sage, Outlook and Goldmine etc) and your phone system; typically telephone numbers. In addition to this is the integration of soft-phones e.g. using for PC as a screen based telephone or switchboard.

Options described are hardware, license and network (BT) dependent and depend on system configurations, licence allocation and network provision. Screen popping and dialling abilities depend on individual IT/PC/Network configurations, software and licences. OIP software is provided free however required hardware (dedicated PC), installation and implementation are not normally included in system quotations unless specified.
