Analogue or digital lines
Analogue (PSTN) lines are the traditional form of connection that most of us have at home; one line, one telephone number.

Digital (ISDN, SIP or VoIP) is an alternative form of line / service connection. One connection can provide many numbers across a few lines, enabling the facility to directly dial in (DDI) to individuals or departments. Calls can also be seamlessly transferred to another office, mobile phone or indeed any other external number.

Please see our Jargon Busters section for more details.

Remote system support and administration
This enables the system provider to carry out many system changes remotely without sending an engineer to site. Not only should this save you money and give you peace of mind it is also better for our environment.
